Our Team

Peter Heary graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2007. Peter has over thirteen years of professional experience and has specialized in Canadian taxation for the past seven years. He has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and the CICA Advanced Tax for Owner-Managed Business Course.

Before starting his own accounting practice Peter gained eleven years of experience working at two international accounting firms in Edmonton. Peter holds extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, estate planning, trusts, mergers and acquisitions, tax issues surrounding insurance, owner-manager remuneration and related tax planning. His clients are diverse and include agriculture producers, oilfield services, medical and dental professionals, construction, retailers, manufacturers, engineers, investment and insurance dealers, to name just a few.

Outside of work, Peter and his wife Gina have two young children who keep them both laughing and on the go.
